Notes:
1. All the above Panel Hospital,
except for those marked* are also AIA Designated Day Procedure Centres.
2. There may be Specialists in the
above Panel Hospital who are not participating in the AIA Health Services
Panel, in which case, AIA Health Services will not issue any Guarantee Letter
for the admission. This means that a Member will have to settle the hospital
bill and submit the bill to AIA for claims processing. Claims will be assessed
according to the terms and conditions of the relevant Member’s policy contract.
3. Where Specialists are participating
in the AIA Health Services Panel, a Guarantee Letter will be issued for the
admission, if eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant
Member’s policy contract. Issuance of a Guarantee Letter is a value added
service.
4. Producing the AIA Health Card as a
form of guarantee will not be accepted by the AIA Panel Hospital.
5. Some of the Hospitals may require
deposits upon admission, which are refundable pending guarantee from AIA. Some
require deposits to pay for non-covered items under the policy.
6. All arrangements for guarantee of
hospital expenses have to be arranged directly by AIA Health Services.
